These past months there is something I have been confronted with over and over again. It seems to me that when ever you try to avoid the things you fear you end up aiming straight for them.

The both very annoying and amazingly great thing about life is that what ever you happen to believe is true ends up materializing as your reality (is proved to you by your experiences).

Life is full of patterns. Some patterns are nice and serve us, others are not nice and do not serve us.
The interesting thing about patterns, and especially behavior patterns, is that once they are set up they just keep going by themselves. Which means that if you have a behaviour pattern that includes pain, you are going to keep getting more and more of that pain until you free yourself of that behavior pattern (vicious cycle). On the other hand, if you can set up some patterns that bring you pleasure and happiness then when they repeat themselves you will only get more and more of the same pleasurable experiences.

When setting out to achieve something in life we are often faced with limiting beliefs that we cannot get it. What these beliefs do is prevent us from taking action because we feel like there is no point in doing anything because it is not going to work anyway.
However, with understanding of the way they affect us it is possible to overcome any limiting belief and turn it into a positive belief that will serve us. This is actually pretty easy once you get a grasp on how things work.
All you have to do is start acting now as if you can and will achieve your goals.
