There is a natural energy pattern that can be found in all lifeforms and that manifests as a strong desire to grow.

How can we learn to express this desire in a healthy way ?

You need to believe in yourself. Confidence, your self-esteem is what you show others. And it is what determines how you interact with the world. If you are not confident you will miss opportunities, you don't enjoy the good things that you already have, and you probably won't make the best of the situations you find yourself in and the challenges you are faced with.

Affirmative statements have power. We have all heard of curses and blessings. They work if you believe in them. If you can find a way to say something that makes you believe it then it can have a powerful positive effect on your life.

A list of the things I want in life. Having realized that you have to know what you want in order to get it I decided to write down a clear list of all the things I want to help me create them.

The outside world is full of clues about ourselves and our inner experiences are full of clues about the world. These clues can be very useful to us if we acknowledge them and get creative.
